Very strategic in city center. This condo is now like a hotel with guests checking in almost throughout the day during holiday season. Thus lots of grab cars, food deliveries, restaurants downstairs. At least 2 laundry and 3 convenience store. The beds and pillows are solid support comfotable.

Location is good. The room size and number of beds is good enough for small family. Some minimum facilities available, which is good.

Cozy and clean homestay; A place you can't ask for anything more. Excellent gateway for mind relaxing. Would definitely coming back again in the future and will not have any doubts to have this place as top choice of my stay

The location is strategic. Close to Sinsuran Market. Places to eat are also close. The apartment is the best. Cooking facilities are available for those who don't want to eat out & want to cook by themselves. Clean, tidy & organized. The important thing is that there is parking for those who drive their own cars. Very welcome for those who want to find accommodation in Kota Kinabalu.👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Comfortable, clean, strategic location near shopping mall and other market,, got dobby and convenience store, the owner was friendly and really helpful :)
